What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deploy as part of a team or individually, traveling to CONUS locations for physical inventories
- Coordinate travel logistics and prepare expense reports for all travel expenditures
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with asset management processes
- Identify and document non-compliant hardware, providing recommendations for resolution
- Maintain accurate records in the IT Asset Management System to ensure data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must acquire and maintain a secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity
- Minimum one year of relevant warehouse experience
- Minimum one year of experience entering asset data and using automated inventory tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe
- US Citizen with reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of experience with ServiceNow
- One year of experience in end-of-life asset management
