What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform underwriting analyses on new acquisition and development opportunities, including cash flow modeling and comps analysis
- Prepare detailed presentations and investment packages for internal investment committees and board meetings
- Assist the acquisitions and development team in managing the deal underwriting and transaction process
- Support asset managers in formulating annual business plans and monitoring performance versus budget
- Conduct and maintain in-depth market research of target universities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of real estate investment, development, brokerage, investment banking, or related experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with technical expertise in complex modeling
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across various levels within the organization

- Familiarity with market research methodologies
- Previous experience preparing investment packages or financial presentations
