This is an excellent opportunity to join the constantly growing Benelux team of a Top 10 global investment bank as a Senior Analyst. In this role you will be able to get experience across sectors and different investment products with a strong focus on M&A. RBC works on high profile transactions primarily for large cap corporates and financial sponsors. This senior analyst position will not be part of a graduate program.

What will you do?

• Perform and review financial valuation, discounted cash flow and comparable companies multiples-based valuation analyses

• Build and use financial models

• Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, such as confidential information memorandums

• Analyse detailed corporate and financial information

• Participate in the execution of M&A transactions, including active participation in due diligence efforts

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, MA or MS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative/analytical area of study, with demonstrated record of high achievement.

• Professional investment banking and/or “Big 4” consulting/advisory experience as an analyst or equivalent.

• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance, particularly with respect to accounting and corporate finance.

• Experience with discounted cash flow, LBO, and/or Merger modeling are considered a plus.

• Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skills.

• Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct

• Fluency in Dutch and English
