What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and support a cohort of students through hybrid, virtual, and in-person experiences aimed at securing summer internships in investment banking or private equity
- Evaluate and track student success using internal rubrics and roadmaps
- Collect and manage data related to student performance, reporting findings to the team and stakeholders
- Develop and implement systems for student support based on best practices
- Foster and maintain relationships with students to promote retention and success throughout their program lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred in a relevant subject area
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in investment banking or private equity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing feedback loops and protocols for job performance improvement
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and monitoring data systems
- Ability to work with diverse populations and understand the intersections of identity and job performance
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for program and partner events
