Primary contact, internally/externally, for investment-related discussions covering the full breadth of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management solutions
Identify clients’ needs, originate solutions, and increase wallet share to drive commercial objectives
Monitor clients’ portfolios, provide rebalancing ideas, execute investment reviews, ensuring investments are constantly aligned with Deutsche Bank Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) views and asset allocation
Assess clients’ risk appetite, own suitability/appropriateness, ensure portfolios are built and overseen accordingly
Ensure/document that investments/trades are fully aligned, applicable, and compliant with regulatory requirements and Deutsche Bank policies
Collaborate with Relationship Managers in their prospecting efforts through developing investment proposals and pitch collateral, driving investment pitches, and showcasing full suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management capabilities
Accomplished investment specialist, with significant relevant market experience covering ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI)/ Family Offices, and strong investment knowledge across all asset classes (liquid and illiquid)
Fluent in delivering a capital markets outlook and experience leading investment discussions in one-on-one meetings and small groups, both from an investment strategist’s view, and a manager’s view
Understanding of the regulatory framework Retail Distribution Review (RDR), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) and UK tax treatment of financial assets, with fluency on UK Resident non-Domiciled (RND) tax rules/remittance basis planning
RDR Level 4 qualified (Level 6 preferred), with Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Educated to Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience

Deutsche Bank intends to hire a highly accomplished investment specialist to serve as strategic advisor on clients’ investment portfolios. The objective for the Investment Manager (IM) team in London is to support the growing business in UK International and deliver Deutsche Bank International Private Bank investment solutions to clients, as well as support the prospecting efforts.
The IM acts as the clients’ primary contact for all investment needs and discussions. You will be responsible for delivering the entire suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management solutions, from Discretionary and Advisory portfolio management, to Lending, Financing, Deposits, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments, and Wealth Planning.
