What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and requests from Producers and Production team members
- Ingest client files and prepare client deliveries using digital file transfer programs (e.g., Aspera, Signiant Media Shuttle)
- Prepare and execute digital file transfers between in-house studios, vendors, and other parties
- Communicate the transfer of data accurately and in a timely manner to the appropriate departments
- Assist with production needs, including creating and publishing shots and updating log databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a VFX production facility
- Clear understanding of Avid Media Composer, NukeStudio, HieroPlayer, and Adobe Premiere
- Proficient in Production Tracking Software (Shotgun, F-Track) and Asset Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
