What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for clients connecting kitchen equipment to the Open Kitchen cloud platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical and logistical challenges
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance metrics
- Provide training and support to clients on using the Open Kitchen platform effectively
- Regularly report on project progress, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics to internal stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IoT, SaaS, or food service industries
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with successful outcomes
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, IoT technologies, and subscription-based business models

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms)
- Analytical mindset to measure and drive KPI success
