What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, docket, and distribute a high volume of incoming correspondence from the USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associates
- Update the docket based on USPTO filing receipts, WIPO confirmations, and attorney instructions
- Monitor daily docket to ensure all deadlines are met
- Manage incoming and outgoing transferred files via CPI data transfer or manual entry
- Respond to internal inquiries and generate reports for the Intellectual Property group

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm or legal services environment
- Working knowledge of US and International patent and trademark prosecution processes
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain concentration for extended periods
- Proficient with MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior IP docketing experience required; prior patent docketing experience preferred
- Experience using computer database programs, specifically CPI, is highly preferred
- Undergraduate degree preferred
