What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, docket, and distribute a high volume of incoming correspondence from the USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associates
- Update docket based on USPTO filing receipts and correspondence from foreign associates
- Monitor daily docket to ensure all deadlines are met
- Perform monthly status checks of pending US patent applications
- Manage incoming and outgoing transferred files and respond to internal inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm or legal services environment
- Working knowledge of US and international patent and trademark prosecution processes
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities
- Proficient with MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior IP docketing experience, specifically in patent docketing
- Experience using computer database programs, specifically CPI
- Undergraduate degree preferred
