      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, docket, and distribute a high volume of incoming correspondence from the USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associates
      - Update docket based on USPTO filing receipts, WIPO confirmations, and instructions from attorneys and paralegals
      - Monitor daily docket to ensure all deadlines are met
      - Perform monthly status checks of pending US patent applications
      - Respond to internal inquiries and generate reports as needed by the IP group

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of intellectual property experience in a law firm or legal services environment
      - Working knowledge of US and International patent and trademark prosecution processes and their associated rules and procedures
      - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
      - Proficient with MS Office applications
      - Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior IP docketing experience, especially with patent docketing
      - Experience using computer database programs, specifically CPI
      - Undergraduate degree preferred
