What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage IP projects such as patent filing and prosecution with outside counsel
- Track and review invention disclosures for technical content to ensure timely patent filings
- Conduct analysis of technical information and provide summary reports for patentability and other analyses
- Support patent prosecution and invalidation work with external lawyers by providing technical subject matter support
- Maintain database and filing systems while ensuring timely communication and documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MS with at least 3 years of industrial experience or PhD in a relevant technical field
- Currently authorized to work in the US
- Ability to handle multiple projects and bring them to completion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training or experience in patent/invention disclosure matters
- Knowledge of US patent law and procedures
- Experience with data management and IT systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
