- Experience conducting desk-based research
- Ability to work with limited supervision and pay high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Research focus or professional experience in conflict research or peace-building, particularly in the Middle East
- Familiarity with conflict and actors in the relevant countries
