What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, test, and troubleshoot complex challenges and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to improve and configure billing software and workflows
- Lead small projects or portions of larger projects to drive results and improve processes
- Gather requirements and implement solutions effectively with cross-functional teams
- Provide support and training to end users as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in some or all of the following: Epic HB Admin, Epic HB Claims/Remittance, or Epic Charge Router
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Understanding of general IT policies and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in billing or IT systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
