What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage small and moderately complex projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
- Analyze user requirements and develop systems for moderately complex processes
- Provide direction, training, and guidance to less experienced departmental staff
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery
- Actively support the mission and core values of the organization in daily activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Within 90 days of hire, obtain and maintain Epic accreditation or certification
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations
- 3 or more years of healthcare Information Services experience
- Epic experience, particularly with knowledge of Radiant and/or Cupid
