The job responsibilities for this position are:

provide technical support/system administration for enterprise endpoint security tools such as anti-malware, intrusion detection, endpoint detection and response software, file integrity monitoring software, file encryption, forensics or sandboxing software, elevated privilege management software, enterprise endpoint management software,
serve as a hands-on technical resource working directly with business areas and teams to provide guidance and ensure the solutions delivered adhere to security best practices and standards,
shadow or participate in periodic or on-demand internal and third-party reviews to ensure that applications, networks, and infrastructure components adhere to security standards and policies,
participate in project management tasks for security projects and security tools to include requirements development, evaluation, vendor selection(s), installation and deployment, configuration, tuning, creation and maintenance of program and process documentation

The preferred qualifications for this position are:

2 years or more of experience in Information Technology or Cybersecurity providing technical support/system administration for enterprise security tools such as anti-malware, intrusion detection, endpoint detection and response software, file integrity monitoring software, file encryption, forensics and sandboxing software, elevated privilege management software, enterprise endpoint management software
one or more of the following certifications: CompTIA (Security +, CySA+), ISC2 (CC, SSCP, CISSP-ISSAP/ISSEP/ISSMP concentrations preferred), EC-Council CEH, GIAC/SANS certifications (GSEC, GCIA, GSIF, GFACT, GCWN, GCED, GCCC, GDAT, GDSA, GCIH, GPEN, GISP)
must have basic knowledge of at least two of the following or more: PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA,
strong interpersonal and leadership skills including experience in organizing, planning, and executing large scale, cross functional efforts
1 year or more of experience in project management and leading projects to completion
1 year or more of experience with automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, bash or other
2 years or more of experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, and Cloud architectures – including secure configuration of these operating systems and environments
strong understanding of common communication and security protocols

The required qualifications for this position are:

obtained a bachelor’s degree in in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Assurance (or other analytical disciplines) OR equivalent experience
must have at least 1 year of experience in an IT role providing technical support/system administration for large corporate enterprise; preferably focused on security tools such as anti-malware, intrusion detection, endpoint detection and response software, sandboxing software, file integrity monitoring software, file encryption, elevated privilege management software, enterprise endpoint management software, forensics software,
continuing education; including role relevant certifications OR a degree in analytical, technical, or business discipline related to IT or Cybersecurity concepts,
1 year of experience with technical documentation writing,
1 year of experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, and Cloud architectures– including secure configuration of these operating systems and environments
must have basic knowledge of at least one of the following: PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA,
must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of associates including c-suite,
must have the ability to resolve complex business and technical issues by making decisions using sound business judgment,
must have excellent customer service skills and commitment to teamwork,
must be flexible and able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner,
must demonstrate ability to work under minimal supervision,
must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills,
must have a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and maturity,
must have a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, initiative, and punctuality,
