What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support for Windows and Apple devices, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and other enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Manage and track work through the Jira Service Desk, ensuring adherence to service levels
- Support telephony systems and develop managed knowledge articles
- Respond to email support requests and assist with other duties as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues in a team environment
- Excellent judgment, oral, listening, and written communication skills
- Proven experience with Windows and Apple computers, iPhones, and network-connected devices
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to handle incident and request fulfillment with a sense of urgency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Workday, NetIQ, BigFix, Jamf, Adobe, and PowerShell
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or related certifications
