      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the environmental industry
      - Experience with hazardous waste or wastewater treatment highly preferred
      - Proven knowledge of business development and market penetration strategies
      - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service orientation
      - Subject matter expertise in wastewater treatment and services
      - Proficiency in Salesforce for account management
      - Strong negotiating skills
      - Willingness to travel locally as required, 40%+ with occasional overnights
