What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tier 1 technical and clinical support services to a network of facilities, hospitals, and physicians
- Resolve technical issues in real-time and support acute inbound calls and transfers
- Conduct research for Telehealth clinical staff to enhance service delivery
- Foster and nurture relationships with providers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Telehealth and Patient Engagement Center team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- 2 years of technical support and customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 2 years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone
- Availability to work any shift based on department needs, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with Telehealth services
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Skills in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Certification in relevant technical support or customer service fields
