      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tier 1 technical and clinical support services to a network of facilities and healthcare providers
      - Resolve technical issues in real-time and support acute inbound calls and transfers
      - Conduct research to assist Telehealth clinical staff effectively
      - Foster and nurture relationships with providers, vendors, and stakeholders
      - Collaborate with the Enterprise Telehealth and Patient Engagement Center team to deliver high-touch assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of technical support and customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
      - At least 2 years of experience interacting with customers virtually over the phone
      - Availability to work any shift based on department needs
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related technical support role
      - Familiarity with Telehealth services and technologies
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
      - Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting
