What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation and management of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program
- Conduct content analysis, review, and consolidation of policies and procedures across the IS Department
- Support the Identity Access Management (IAM) team with access management audits
- Facilitate and support various audits within the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Director of Systems Governance and Risk to enhance departmental processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in governance, risk, or compliance operations
- Experience with audits such as SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and CMS
- Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Proven ability to analyze and consolidate policies and procedures effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with healthcare compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM) practices
- Additional certifications related to governance, risk, or compliance
