- Support teams across the Innovation Business Unit with developing and maintaining control and process designs.
- Support the Innovation team in building its business plan, while monitoring and reviewing for alignment with the Business Unit objectives.
- Perform targeted audits within Innovation to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
- Look for control weaknesses and unmitigated risks and work with the respective teams to address them.
- Support Innovation leaders and project leads during vendor engagement initiation and contract management.
- Have 3-6 years of experience in information technology, supporting projects in the project manager or business analyst capacity.
- Have experience with IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and IT Risk Management
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are familiar with MS Office tools, including Excel, Visio, Word, etc.

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an IT Analyst, Controls and Governance on a permanent basis on our Innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Canada. Are you a passionate and detail-oriented IT professional? Looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of IT controls and compliance? This is the position for you!

The Team: You will work closely with other areas in IT, such as Operations and IT Risk and Compliance and will report into the Manager, Controls and Governance. This team strives to cultivate a culture of independence and autonomy and is highly organized.
The Collaborators: You will collaborate across the organization with teams such as Corporate Audit and their IT Auditor.
