What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, test, and maintain the EPIC training environment and conduct updates to related documentation
- Prepare curriculum and conduct training for new staff, including Credentialed Trainers
- Analyze, design, build, and test training environments for various applications
- Create end-user proficiency assessments to evaluate knowledge gained during training
- Participate in system testing for new functionalities or upgrades

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; relevant experience may substitute for a degree
- Epic Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Strong communicative, auditory, and visual skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment across multiple locations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training development and delivery within a healthcare technology setting
- Familiarity with Workday and Oracle LMS systems
- Previous involvement in project teams related to training or system upgrades
- Knowledge of clinical, revenue cycle, or business requirements in healthcare
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
