What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance information security controls environment
- Perform controls assessments and testing across certifications/frameworks including HITRUST, HIPAA Security Rule, and NIST
- Support the creation and review of security-related policies and procedures
- Analyze data to troubleshoot problems in the application
- Support the creation and maintenance of cloud architecture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of development experience with full stack web development
- 2 - 4 years working for a healthcare software business or similar work experience
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, IT Administrator, or Information Security Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related program
- Experience with SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Experience working with healthcare insurers and providers
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in the healthcare industry
- Certifications in information security such as CISSP or CISM
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices
