      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze user needs, document requirements, and address process improvements to achieve business objectives
      - Configure system settings and options, and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing
      - Collaborate with the business to create use cases, process flows, prototypes, and test cases
      - Act as a liaison between business end-users and IT development teams, providing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance support
      - Manage project tasks, change requests, and vendor relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
      - ERP experience required, with a strong preference for Finance and/or Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience
      - Experience in Agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum and Jira
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proven leadership skills in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a food manufacturing industry
      - Knowledge of Agile principles and practices
