      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute feasibility studies and analyses to recommend improvements in clinical charging and revenue cycle functions
      - Maintain a strong understanding of the Epic billing system and its functionalities
      - Collaborate with revenue cycle colleagues to recommend system enhancements and ensure accurate data flow
      - Guide all phases of technical project activities, including implementation of system changes and documentation of project steps
      - Manage the ticket intake process, ensuring effective tracking, triage, and reporting of submissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of data analysis experience
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong working knowledge of professional billing software applications
      - 1-3 years of billing/coding experience
