What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with various departments, particularly Legal, to enhance productivity through digital solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key users to improve business performance
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify gaps or opportunities and translate them into business and technical requirements
- Manage project scope, deliverables, budget, and timelines for smaller projects while providing regular progress updates
- Drive the continuous improvement of IT practices, processes, and tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, quantitative, or analytical subject area, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in an IT Business Analyst or IT Consultant role, preferably within a manufacturing industry
- Strong organization and project/program management skills
- Extensive experience in gathering business, functional, and technical requirements
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions and working cross-functionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with systems supporting corporate legal processes (e.g., contract lifecycle management, IP management)
- Experience using data to back decisions and strong storytelling abilities using data and metrics
- Experience working in a global organization across multiple regions and time zones
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
