      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow
      - Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for production systems
      - Investigate end-user preferences and implement requested system changes
      - Review and test system updates through executing test plans and scripts
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, databases, and troubleshooting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
      - Minimum of two years of IT experience if no degree is held
      - Previous healthcare experience preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - EPIC certification obtained within six months of hire or transfer
      - Experience with ITIL processes related to application systems
      - Familiarity with ticket management systems and status tracking
      - Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other analysts
      - Knowledge of end-user workflows and processes in a healthcare setting
