What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of IT experience if no degree is held
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EPIC systems or similar healthcare applications
- Familiarity with ITIL processes related to application systems
- Previous mentoring or training experience in a professional setting
