      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
      - Prioritize and implement changes to application systems based on end-user feedback and requirements
      - Review and test system updates through detailed test plans and scripts for user acceptance
      - Maintain accurate documentation related to application builds, support, and troubleshooting
      - Manage assignments efficiently, including ticket management and status updates in tracking systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of four years of IT experience, or six years without a degree
      - Experience in the healthcare sector preferred
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic systems or similar healthcare applications
      - Previous experience in a mentor or training role
      - Familiarity with ITIL processes and change control procedures
      - Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies for application systems
