What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with business units to translate needs into software solutions and provide operational support
- Oversee software development lifecycle, including documentation of business requirements and workflow analysis
- Collaborate with product owners to create and manage product backlogs using Agile methodologies
- Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve internal tickets in a timely manner
- Participate in scrum events and support Agile practices for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial services or health services, including technical business analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial industry concepts and operational guidelines
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Proven ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Agile certifications
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps)
- Familiarity with medium to large enterprise software systems
- Ability to execute projects and direct team members for system upgrades and enhancements
