Rixos Qetaifan Island North

Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

IT Clerk

The IT Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT department. Performs both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of the IT systems. Acts as a direct link between employees and guests for any IT-related matters.

What you will be doing:

· Manage and support all the systems in the operations.

· Attend all IT requests with guests and colleagues in a timely manner.

· Follow all Accor IT Policies and guidelines such as user rights, security policy, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, etc.

· Assist with the implementation of Accor IT brand standards, new technologies, systems, and projects.

· Identify IT-related risks and issues and escalate them to Manager.

· Escalate IT issues promptly to Manager.

· Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.

· Participate in Accor regional eLearning platform.

Your experience and skills include:

· Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

· Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

· Should have a pleasing personality

· IT degree/education
