Job Description

- Manage and support all the systems in the operations.
- Attend all IT requests with guests and colleagues promptly.
- Follow all IT policies and guidelines such as user rights, security policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, etc.
- Assist with the implementation of IT brand standards, new technologies, systems, and projects.
- Identify IT-related risks and issues and escalate them to the manager.
- Escalate IT issues promptly to the Supervisor.
- Provide technical support and training on the systems and networks.
- Participate in regional e-Learning platform.
- IT degree / Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Should have a pleasing personality
- Solid proficiency in the English language
- No criminal record
