      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives to ensure smooth operations
      - Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and report details related to technical issues

      - Responsible for test plan content, execution, and coordinating resolution among teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor Degree with 4 years of IT experience or 6 years of IT experience without a degree
      - Health care experience preferred but not required
      - Software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements within 6 months
      - Strong communication skills, both written and oral
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

      - Existing EpicCare Ambulatory certification
