- Provide local support for a new Manila controls operations team, providing day-to-day guidance and conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to support employee growth and career progression.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement practices that promote a healthy work-life balance, mental well-being, and job satisfaction for the team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their needs and ensuring that they have access to company benefits, resources, and support services. Further ensure the team’s activities and operations are compliant with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as the liaison between the Manila operations team and global leadership, providing regular updates on team progress, challenges, and regional needs.
- Develop detailed project plans combining multiple workstreams, set clear objectives, define timelines, and support the Operations Managers in allocating resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership on operations control progress, resource allocation, and any challenges or risks affecting timelines or deliverables.
- Facilitate regular check-ins between the Application and Infrastructure teams and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity on goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure that all team IT compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained in an organized and accessible manner.
- Review deliverables produced by the team, ensuring they meet quality standards, are accurate, and are completed on time.
- Strong Project Management/Program Management skillset required. Able to tactically document activities for remediation while also performing holistic program management and organization.
- Strong knowledge of IT control frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST, SOX compliance) and industry regulations.
- IT Audit/ Compliance experience with 2+ years’ experience in a technical audit, compliance, or similar role with experience in responding to SSAE-16, ISO and other audit requirements
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills needed. Ability to present to Sr. Management, lead cross-functional teams and drive solutioning.
- Proven experience of developing and managing a methodical approach to fielding, reviewing and responding to audit needs
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Ability to develop and use dashboards and metrics/KPIs to drive improvements in performance and behavior
- Ability to show strong organizational agility, know how to get things done both through formal channels and informal networks, understands the reasoning behind key policies, practices and procedures and understands the culture of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Solid understanding of corporate governance, risk, controls, and regulatory issues that could affect an organization
- Demonstrated capability as a self-directing driver of complex cross-team; cross-partner programs

This role will be responsible for supporting multiple teams that perform a variety of IT control activities. This role will be providing support for both human resource and project management aspects and ensuring that all operational processes align with business goals and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for fostering a positive work culture and driving initiatives to improve employee experience and performance. This role will oversee project management by ensuring timely delivery and communicating project status, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership.
