What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Monitor for issues with existing schedules, such as firewalls and credentials
- Create new schedules as network changes occur
- Update existing credentials based on security requirements
- Collaborate with technical resources for new equipment and discovery processes
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data integrity and synchronization with other IT systems

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Service Asset & Configuration Management and Service Mapping
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB administration and configuration
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes, particularly in configuration management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for IT Service Management or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Practitioner Level Certification
