What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and management of vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with performance clauses and regulatory requirements
- Establish and maintain a contract management database, tracking obligations and deliverables
- Develop strong relationships with IT managers and stakeholders to support enterprise objectives and strategic sourcing strategies
- Manage contract review meetings and provide regular reports on contract milestones and execution
- Collaborate with legal and internal teams to negotiate contract terms and resolve disputes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Minimum of four years of experience in Information Technology contract management
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing contract life cycles for technology or IT service agreements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as economics, computer science, or finance
- Three or more years of experience managing large complex contracts in IT categories
- Familiarity with ITIL or other relevant certifications
- Experience in asset management and understanding of contracting trends
- Ability to drive customer-focused contract management through solid vendor relationships
