Position Overview

The Novelis Global IT Contracts team is seeking an IT Service Management Intern. The candidate in this role will be responsible for supporting IT service management through the performance of various service management tasks geared toward optimizing value-added services to the end-user community.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating and maintaining the following processes:
  • Incident Management,
  • Problem (Major Incident) Management
  • Configuration Management
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) maintenance
• ITSM Metrics Plan

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor's (Junior or Senior) with a focus on IT
• Understand IT concepts and processes
• Familiar with change and configuration processes/techniques
• Introduction to Service Management
  • ITIL fundamentals
  • Continuous process improvement
• Minimum experience with ServiceNow
