      Qualifications


      You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

      Specialized Experience:

      For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:

      - Operating, maintaining and supporting desktop applications in support of cyber security, reliability, stability, resiliency and compliance of desktop and application platforms; AND
      - Preparing Risk and Vulnerability Assessments for planned and installed information systems, desktops and applications; AND
      - Assessing information systems and applications to ensure compliance in accordance with organizational IT and Cyber Security policies and standards.

      Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.       In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

      4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
