- Obtain FAC P/PM-II or equivalent within 2 years of entry.
- InfoAssurMgmtLevel II(IAM-II) or equivalent within 2yrs of entry.
- Developing project plans, schedules & technical installation/implementation plans to procure, configure, deploy, and maintain IT systems.
- Planning, designing, and monitoring of projects to deploy IT systems.
- Establishing and tracking criteria to assess program effectiveness.
- Providing oversight of large, enterprise scale IT contracts as Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and developing IT acquisition packages (e.g., Market Research, Performance Work Statement, Procurement Request, etc.).
- Interacting with peers, vendors, and other stakeholders as part of project and acquisition Information Processes and Technology (IPT).
- Resolving conflicts and identifying, documenting, and resolving project risks.
- Developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), defining IMS milestones, risks, and critical paths.
- Determining training requirements and providing training opportunities for network and telephony infrastructure, such as Project Management (FAC P/PM, PMI/PMP, ALF, and SELC).
- Experience with advanced procurement planning, requirements documents, market research, government cost estimates, and participation in solicitation, contract award, oversight of contractor performance, review/inspection of deliverables, invoicing, contract modifications, or contractor performance documentation.
- Monitoring IT related Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and performance metrics.
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF), or System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC).
This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), Business Operations Division (BOD), Performance and Process Management Branch (PPMB), located in Norfolk, VA.
This position is eligible for full-time remote work. Your pay will depend on your geographic location.

In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
