      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot incoming IT issues from employees globally
      - Provide day-to-day support for Mac/PC systems, mobile devices, office printers, and A/V equipment
      - Monitor internal IT support channels and assist employees' requests both onsite and remotely
      - Maintain and update the knowledge base while facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
      - Conduct audits across the SaaS portfolio and maintain asset inventory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work in a hybrid role out of the San Francisco office
      - 2-4 years of experience in a Helpdesk role working with a ticketing queue
      - Intermediate knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
      - Experience with basic networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, WiFi, DNS, and DHCP
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well with all team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Dialpad phone and call center applications
      - Familiarity with Google Meet video conferencing
      - Scripting experience (Powershell, HTML, PHP, Shell, Bash, Python, etc.)
      - Administration experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Active Directory
      - Knowledge of BetterCloud and Google Cloud administration
