Job Description
- Req#: R329929
- Recent Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree graduates who finished their university studies within last year
- Degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Computer Science
- Interested in Information Technology with passion for healthcare
- Advanced English spoken and written
- Experience from at least 1 internship/part time job in a related field
- Experience with leading a project and/or leadership role in a student’ s club or a similar initiative
- Willingness to rotate through different IT areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented self-starter
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and know how to prioritize
- You are a European Union citizen, a lawful permanent resident of Czech Republic or otherwise authorized to work in Czech Republic without requiring sponsorship

Job Description
IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program
Our IT Emerging Talent Rotational Program offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain experience in three IT role rotations over a two-year period. During the program, ETRs will develop technical and professional skills while building diverse professional networks.
Rotations are assigned based on the business needs and personal development interests. Upon successful completion, ETRs are matched with a role in IT.Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.
