What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions, including documentation of business unit needs and processes
- Drive joint business/IT requirements discussions and stakeholder review meetings
- Provide high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners to create product backlog and user stories
- Offer Tier 2 application support and resolve operational support requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial or health services with a focus on technical business analysis and process improvement
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Proficiency in using medium to large enterprise software systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Agile certifications
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps)
- Proven ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes
- Familiarity with financial industry concepts and practices
