What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions by analyzing and documenting business unit needs
- Collaborate with product owners to create product backlogs and user stories using Agile practices
- Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve internal tickets in a timely manner
- Participate in scrum events and support continuous improvement of services
- Manage administrative functions including customizations of forms, reports, and role-based access management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial services, including technical business analysis and process improvement
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices and experience with DevOps
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Agile certifications
- Experience working with medium to large enterprise software systems
- Strong research, technical analysis, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to execute projects and direct team members
