What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain the Epic application for hospital billing, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
- Analyze current hospital billing workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Design, build, test, and implement new features and customizations within the Epic HB module
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address billing needs and system improvements
- Provide user training and support to customers and operations staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in information systems or relevant field required
- Minimum of two years equivalent experience in a related role
- 2 years of equivalent experience can substitute for an Associate degree plus 2 years of work experience
- Certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Admin or Epic Resolute Professional Admin preferred, with a requirement to obtain and maintain certification if not already certified
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users

- Familiarity with hospital billing processes and workflows
- Previous experience in a support or analyst role within an information systems environment
