What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to various locations to support IT projects, conduct surveys, and address technical needs
- Provide tier-two technical assistance and support during emergencies, including on-call availability
- Install, configure, and deploy computing and telecommunication devices in corporate and remote operations
- Conduct routine audits of hardware and software to ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Mentor team members and assist in performance management through identifying areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-Year Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer support skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with end-users and management
- Availability for 75% - 100% travel
- Experience in MS Windows system administration is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MCP and A+ Certification
- Familiarity with software upgrades and technical support processes
- Experience in mentoring or training new hires in a technical environment
