What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance for Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues, including laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
- Assist users with software applications and corporate cell phone configurations
- Identify and recommend improvements in documentation and processes for continuous enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of office automation products and remote control software
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
- Experience with help desk ticketing solutions and troubleshooting hardware
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting users in a Hybrid Cloud environment
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication in Office 365/Azure Cloud
- Experience with remote support tools such as LogMeIn
- Knowledge of third-party applications and services
