      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance for Level 1 and Level 2 support
      - Accurately classify, prioritize, and record details for all issues into the ticketing system
      - Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues, including Windows operating systems and common applications
      - Manage help desk tickets, resolving them directly or assigning to appropriate resources
      - Act as a liaison between users and IT/corporate staff on reported issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role
      - Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of office automation products and remote control software
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware such as Lenovo laptops, desktops, and printers
      - Excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose basic technical issues
      - Experience with help desk ticketing solutions such as Zohodesk or Service Desk

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting users in a Hybrid Cloud environment
      - Familiarity with multi-factor authentication in Office 365/Azure Cloud
      - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Ability to learn and support third-party applications and services
