What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, investigate, and resolve users’ problems with computer software and hardware
- Maintain and support the IT infrastructure for the office
- Provide on-site IT support for visitors, meetings, and office gatherings

- Administer office activities, including maintaining common areas and managing office supplies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in IT service and/or customer support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain an organized office environment
