      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide IT support by identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with software and hardware
      - Maintain and support the IT infrastructure for the office, including setup for meetings and events
      - Respond to support tickets regarding software connectivity, printing, and related inquiries
      - Order, prep, and ship computers and peripherals while managing inventory
      - Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum education level: High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - 1-3 years of experience in providing in-person IT service and/or customer support
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors
      - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized office environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and network concepts
      - Ability to proactively identify and resolve office issues as they arise
