What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive technical support for internal systems and patient-provided medical equipment
- Troubleshoot medical devices and patient-facing app issues to minimize downtime
- Assist with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and order device replacements as needed
- Support patient onboarding and device setup upon delivery
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of providing technical support in a healthcare environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting help desk calls with patients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage calls effectively
- Ability to collaborate with third-party logistics and device support vendors
- Proficiency in supporting both MacOS and Windows operating systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ZenDesk, Notion, and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to assist patients with diverse needs
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for quick resolutions
